Additional information
I am part of Mothers in Science, a non-profit association that raises awareness of the barriers faced by mothers in STEMM and advocate for workplace equity and inclusion. We just launched a policy kit for funding agencies outlining a set of specific and actionable strategies to promote inclusion of caregivers and close the gender gap in research funding.
